0:07.3	So grateful to have you here today.
0:09.8	Today is my son Aidan's birthday.
0:11.9	So happy birthday, Aden, if you're listening and so proud of him and what he has accomplished in his life and just the human being that he is.
0:20.5	Today I'm reading from Psalm
0:22.3	chapters 12, 13, and 14, or I guess they're not really chapters. They're just stand-alone Psalms.
0:30.4	And as I did before, I will pray after each one. So in the World English Bible, here is Psalm 12.
0:39.3	Help, Yahweh, for the godly man ceases, for the faithful fail from among the children of men.
0:45.9	Everyone lies to his neighbor.
0:47.5	They speak with flattering lips and with a double heart.
0:51.3	May Yahweh cut off all flattering lips and the tongue that boasts, who have said,
0:56.8	with our tongue we will prevail. Our lips are our own. Who is Lord over us? Because of the
1:03.1	oppression of the weak and because of the groaning of the needy, I will now arise, says
1:08.0	Yahweh. I will set him in safety from those who malign him.
1:12.5	Yahweh's words are flawless words,
1:15.2	as silver refined in a clay furnace purified seven times.
1:20.2	You will keep them, Yahweh.
1:21.7	You will preserve them from this generation forever.
1:25.1	The wicked walk on every side
1:27.3	when what is vile is exalted among the sons of men.
1:32.3	Mind if I pray for you? Lord, I just feel like that psalm was written for today's world. It's so,
1:37.4	so relevant. We're looking and swimming in a culture of lies and falsehood and deception and persecution as well.
