Take this as a bonus for this weekend and tonight we're going to be doing psalm 119 now this passage i'm going

So if you are trying to go to sleep and you want to go ahead and relax, Go ahead and lay down. Take a deep breath. And as you exhale,

letting out the stress of the day. Take another deep breath in, breathing in the breath of God, allowing yourself to come to a place of peace.

And as you exhale, letting out everything that brings you worry and anxiety and as you breathe being mindful of every breath

you take focusing your thoughts on the peace of God and His Word.

Allow yourself to not only hear the word,
