Summary

Lessons learned from Psalm 1 include: The delight of God’s man is in the law of the Lord. We are to meditate on God’s Word and allow it to shape our lives and make us grow. God plants us as trees and causes us to grow through His Word and produce fruit. The primary business of a Christian is not soul winning but getting out the Word of God.

1:14.2	to my judgment one of the great books in the Word of God. Here is the book that I suppose more people
1:21.8	turn to in time of trouble, in time of anxiety actually in the time of death when the death angel
1:32.1	knocks at your door. This is the book that when I'm in the hospital and I've spent too much time
1:39.7	in the hospital about five or six major operations in the past and I find when I get in the hospital
1:46.9	only book I want to read is the book of Psalm and I find great comfort and great help in the book of
1:53.2	Psalms. To get out the Word of God today friends is very important and the only thing that ever
1:59.8	brought a song to the heart of mankind is the Word of God. The reason today that I know that
2:07.6	all this rock music that we're having is not of God is because it's in a low note. It sounds
2:14.6	like it came out of the jungle. It sound like it came from unsaved, pagan, even minds and that by
2:23.7	the ways where it came from. It's the Word of God that has made sopranos and tenas and bossos.
2:32.2	It's the Word of God that has done that and it's this very marvelous Psalm 1 and you're going to see
2:39.2	more pictures of the Lord Jesus Christ in the book of Psalms that you'll see anywhere else
