Yes, the Senate begins another impeachment trial today.

This one of a former president Donald Trump.

He's got the distinction of being the first president impeached twice as well as the

first to go through this process after already having left office in order to protect our

democracy.

Democrats are making a mockery of it.

I insist this is necessary because Trump say uniquely evil and dangerous figure in American

history.

You've certainly heard that a million times.

But there's a much simpler explanation for a repeat performance of this congressional

absurdity.

Trump broke the lips and all the King's horses and all the King's men couldn't put them

back together again.

Trump broke the lips and they're emotionally and psychologically damaged.

They were wounded by the Trump presidency.

They were traumatized by Trump winning that 2016 election.

And so this for them is something that they they insist we go through.

They insist it happens.

They need it to happen in the hopes that the Trump boogie man will forever be vanquished
