By the way, as I usually like to do, the music you're hearing in the background was recorded at a local pub the other night in Kirkwall.

They had a community real session going on and it was accordions and violins some club that came and played at a local

pub so that's the music that you're hearing from kirkwall in the background so the reason i'm

recording this a quick public service announcement there's been several of you that have either

emailed in or uh got in touch with us on facebook about the volume levels on the last couple podcast

episodes i wanted to

let you know that those are now fixed. And thank you to those of you that brought that to our attention.

Not sure what it was, but it was a small software something or other. As you know, Lee has started

producing the episodes since I've been gone. So I haven't been paying that much attention to it,

frankly. That's why I have Lee doing it. And for whatever reason, the software he's using

made it a different volume level than the software that I was using. So I think we've gotten

to the bottom with it. I had a chat with Lee today on the computer. And I think it's good. But

I wanted to let you know that you need to access those files in a different, not in a different way,

but basically if you listen to the podcast on your podcast app, you will need to delete the

download for the episode that had the lower volume and then just re-download that same

episode because Lee has uploaded new files

so you have to replace the file in your podcast app. So however you listen to the podcast, just delete

the file and then re-download it. And we've got confirmation from a couple listeners that that

does actually work and the new volume levels are now back up to the same volume levels as the other episodes.

So thanks for your patience as we work that out and enjoy the podcast going forward.
