| 0:00.0 | Welcome to Darren Daily on demand, your most trusted resource to help you become better every day. |
| 0:07.0 | Here's your success mentor Darren Hardy. |
| 0:10.0 | Good morning. So today we're going to stop and smell the roses. I was |
| 0:18.4 | watching a gardener outside a resort property taking meticulous care of a |
| 0:22.4 | rose bush recently. |
| 0:24.3 | It was fascinating to watch his care and the detailed work that he put into shaping and |
| 0:29.1 | pruning away, even the smallest of branches and leaves. |

| 1:26.5 | rose bushes. There are too many buds requiring nourishment and if we try to give |
| 1:31.8 | all of them the nourishment that they need, then we too will exhaust ourselves and die, |
| 1:37.0 | or at least our success and our potential and our productivity will die. |
| 1:42.0 | Our buds, our to-do lists, need to be consistently pruned and |
| 1:46.4 | trimmed down. Just like the Rosebush. We need to remove some of the ideas, some of the |
