Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

Let's call the mind all those we've promised to pray for. Now there are seven main virtues that means good actions that we turn into habits that lead

us to happiness.

Prudence, justice, fortitude, temperance, faith, hope, and love.

Now prudence is the first of the virtues because it's the skill, the art of making good decisions.

But prudence is also first because it keeps before our eyes at all times our final goal and it directs all of our choices toward that goal. That goal being union with God. So, Purdens is a lot like going on vacation. What's the first

thing that has to be decided before you go. Well you have to decide where

you're going to go. Then we determine the best way to reach the destination.

So prudence is first because it places before us, it lays before our eyes our true goal,

happiness through transforming union with God, and then prududence directs all our choices to that goal.

So the first question we have to ask and the question we ask at all times is, will this choice lead me toward or away from God? Will this activity, this use of time,

this thought, or conversation, or internet site or movie or song or this person or this

relationship this job this major will these things lead me to a better relationship with Jesus or not?

Our Father who arts in heaven, Hollow would be your name,

Like kingdom come I will be done on earth as it is. Whart in heaven, hollow would be your name.

Give us to stay our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass

against us and lead us not into temptation but to
