0:42.5	insurrection at the Capitol. It also marks the start of a seditious conspiracy trial against members
0:48.4	of the Proud Boys. This is the second major seditious conspiracy case to come out of January 6th.
0:54.3	And Carrie, you're covering the trial. Remind us who are the Proud Boys and which Proud Boys are on
1:01.0	trial right now? The Proud Boys are what they call a Western show-in-us group. One of the
1:06.9	defencillors for one of these Proud Boys basically said they were a men's drinking club.
1:12.0	But others who have studied the group in the past say that they have associations
1:16.8	with white supremacist figures and other violence, dating back to even before the January 6th
1:27.0	insurrection here in DC. There are five members on trial including Enrique Henry Tario, who was the
1:34.0	National Chairman of the Proud Boys. Remember, Tario was actually in trouble for burning
1:40.1	a Black Lives Matter flag from a historic church in DC before the insurrection. He was found
1:48.6	here in Washington a few days before January 6th with some high-capacity magazines. He was barred
1:54.2	from the Capitol on the day of the Capitol siege, but he's still charged with responsibility for
1:59.7	that or personal responsibility for that. Some of the other defendants, including a guy named Joe
2:04.6	Biggs, also involved with Tario and allegedly bringing together a group called the Ministry of
2:10.7	Self-Defense to help coordinate some events and actions surrounding January 6th. The third name
2:17.9	that people might know is a guy named Dominic Pizzola. He's the one with really unkempt hair.
