Police and troops in riot gear clearing protesters outside the White House began another night of unrest in America with violence in cities from New York to Los Angeles.

Just minutes later, President Trump gave a speech in the Rose Garden at the White House promising to, quote, dominate the streets.

But his message was in sharp contrast to the family of George Floyd who pleaded
