workout routine because I kind of like fell off in 2022. I feel like I was going to the gym and

working out so much in the years prior. And then last year, I just like completely fell off. Well, it's not that you fell off. Yeah, I didn't work out for like nine months. It's okay. No, I know that. Yeah, I took a break because I like got into a new relationship and like you know when you get into a new relationship and you're just like with them all the time like your whole entire like schedule changes. You know, like your sleep schedule changes, your workout schedule changes, and it're just like with them all the time like your whole entire like schedule changes you know
