Well, Chad, sometimes I'm humbled today, maybe it's what I'd say, I'm humbled, you know,

0:25.3

sometimes, well, so maybe I'll have to lead into what we're going to talk about today. You and I

0:31.8

both have time blocked off on our calendars to record this podcast. And looking at other scenarios,

0:43.6

I'm as guilty of Ben believes, we believe, I think as an extension, or maybe we believe this

0:50.4

independent of whether he believes that or not, that we all of us need time on our calendars

0:55.6

to think, to create, right? To just in some cases do, but more than anything, that free space to

1:05.0

kind of plan and create and think about where we want to move ourselves, our business, our health,

1:10.9

our, and look, a lot of people call it white space. Now, we can have a debate, you and I,

1:16.9

right? And I think we probably think about this different because I literally have white space

1:21.7

on my calendar, which maybe it's part of my problem, by the way. You think that, look, it's fun,

1:27.6

call the time, whatever you want to call it, but it's not white like space on your calendar. It's

1:31.7

time you actually book and plant on your calendar that's dedicated to you. But what I wanted to do

1:38.8

is kind of talk about that concept today of white space or, you know, maybe it's not white space,

1:44.4

maybe it's actually booked out time. And then some ways that we can maybe like protect or control

1:51.2

that or even find the time to do that. Because I think a lot of us think I don't have time for that

1:56.6

crap. I'm so busy all day every day. I don't have the time. And I'm probably a little bit of a

2:01.9

combination of those two things. One, I don't protect it very well. And two, I kind of want a busy

2:07.2

stuff that, especially if I'm not constantly kind of thinking about this concept and going back and

2:12.9

calling my, you know, the appointments off my calendar like they can fill up pretty fast. So,

2:17.7

I don't know. That's that's what I thought we'd talk about. And then I also want to acknowledge

2:20.8

not the first time we've talked about this. No, right? Definitely not. Most recently, I think I gave

2:25.8

you a good schooling on this back in season two, episode 63, where you really wanted to go through
