This week Sarah is taking a break because the Purtchall open days are upon her and it's

very busy at Purchill.

But I'm joined by two friends today actually, friends that I've never met, however.

Claire and Ian Nichols, who run Epping Good Honey,

and I've followed them on Instagram now for what feels like quite a while. It's been a wonderful

time following them, though, because they are artisan beekeepers. They're based in the UK,

in the Epping Forest, hence their name of Epping Good Honey. And they produce small batches

of honey from their honeybees.

And I'm looking at the most beautiful jar, a hexagon-shaped jar, 227 grams, of the most

beautiful honey. Claire and Ian visited my garden, and I wasn't in to my shame in Nottingham.

And they left the most beautiful box full of honey and it's kept me going

all through the winter actually it's the most beautiful proper honey it tastes very different to

shop-bought honey and what I love about their Instagram is they're very much about caring for bees
