| 1:28.2 | So all around it is industrial buildings that have erected over the years. |
| 1:34.0 | And this land isn't protected by something that we call the agricultural land reserve. |

| 1:40.7 | So what makes it so attractive to develop is industrial land right now in British Columbia |
