Use whatever you can from my life for your glory in Jesus' name.

Hallelujah. You may be seated. Our scriptal text today comes from the fourth chapter of the book of Proverbs. Proverbs chapter 4, verse 20 through 27, in the new living translation of the scripture,

you'll notice there these words, my child, pay attention to what I say. Listen carefully to my

words. Don't lose sight of them. Let them penetrate deep into your heart. This is a father now

talking to his son. This is a father now talking to his son.

This is very parental when sometimes parents talk to their children and they wonder,

is that child even listening to me?

You'll be surprised at the least suspecting time, they'll say something and you'll realize,

you know what?

They did hear me.

But he said, let it penetrate deep into their hearts. Verse 22, for they bring life to those who find them and healing to their whole

body. Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. Avoid all perverse

talk. Stay away perverse talk.

Stay away from corrupt speech.

Look straight ahead and fix your eyes on what lies before you.

Mark out a straight path for your feet.

Stay on the safe path.
