But we are so excited to jump back into the podcasting world back into The Good Life with you guys.

I appreciate everyone who's stuck around while we've taken this sabbatical, this hiatus for the month of January.

Protecting your peace. Okay, you've probably seen that plastered on the internet.

Maybe you've seen those cheesy little Pinterest quotes. I mean, I don't know.

I've seen it plastered all over the internet. And it never really clicked with me.

It was like, protect your peace. Yeah, sure. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Protect your peace.

But what does that actually mean? So today I wanted to talk to you, fam, about protecting your peace.

The importance of that and what I've been learning about protecting my peace in this latest season.

I wanted to read something to you first, though. And part of my inspiration for this,

this message on TGL today, which is a quick message, was inspired also by pastor Rick,

somebody that I look up to, somebody that I believe gives great life advice from a golly perspective.

But I'm going to read you this verse first and it says, I'm leaving you with a gift,

peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give.

So don't be troubled or afraid. That's John 1427. And Rick goes on to say that God has promised
