Welcome to our Monday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today I am going to be sharing a teaching on financial stewardship.

I've got a book that I wrote about this. I've also got a little

booklet that is a brief summary of this. And then we have USBs that were taken from a television

program where I taught on this for a number of weeks. But I'm going to do something unique that I've

never done here on our television program before. And I'm going to take our

chapel services from Carus Bible College where I teach on prosperity, and we're going to be playing

those for you. The reason I'm doing this is because there's a difference when I sit down and

teach like this that I do here on television, and when it's a live audience and when I'm teaching our

students. And you know whether a student comes to Carrey's to train for ministry or whether

they're going to go into secular jobs. We even have eight third year programs that train people

in business and in politics and in things like that.

So not everybody that comes to care is goes into full-time ministry. We don't want them to.

We need people in the marketplace. But whatever they do, whether it's in ministry or whether

it's in the marketplace or whatever, it takes money to see your vision come to

pass. And the scripture has a lot to say about finances. Actually, there's more scriptures

about finances than there are about heaven or hell. Now, I believe in heaven and hell, and I certainly,

those are foundational principles. And yet I'm just saying that the

Bible puts an even greater emphasis on finances. There's a lot that the Word of God has to say.
