And as always, joining me, the Beast himself, Mr. Dane Bruegler, how are you doing? Now that we are almost into October, that we're starting to, your season, I know you're NFL and football fan and college football fan overall, but your season is just creeping every ever closer. So how are you doing today, date?

1:12.1

I'm good.

1:12.4

I'm good.

1:31.7

Yeah, this is, it's crazy. September's almost over. And this is one of the best times on the calendar because it's, you know, we have fresh tape. You know, we can react to these guys. We're learning about these guys. But no, it's good. I'm a little sore. On Sunday morning, we had my son, U10 soccer, the parents versus the team game.

2:01.6

2:17.6

That next day was one of the most sore I've ever been in my entire life. And it was just, I couldn't believe it, that pick up football game. But then we played soccer. And I think we, we found a soccer ball. We set up some cones and we just played like a little four on four. We're terrible. And after that, I like, my obliques were hurting. I was twisting or hurting.

2:15.4

That's it.

2:15.8

I can empathize.
