5. Welcome into FBTN5 and welcome to July. I am Frank Sample joined by Scott White and

let's take a look at the 5 prospects on the verge of getting the call. Some of these

names will sound very familiar to you. Christian and Karnassian Shred with the Reds,

Colton Couser with the Orioles, Grayson Rodriguez with the Orioles, Jonathan Arranda with the

Tampa Bay Rays and Ronnie Mauricio with the New York Metz. Scott, two names here. I want to focus

on Colton Couser. How close do you think we are? Because obviously Jordan Westberg recently got

called up and Ronnie Mauricio. It sure seems like the Metz can use a shot in the arm right now.

Yeah, and that's the only change from a week ago is me moving Mauricio in and replacing

South Freelik who's gotten off to a slow start returning from Thumbligament surgery at Triple A.

So, you know, if I went with 6th, South Freelik would be the 6th. But right now I'm putting Ronnie

Mauricio ahead of him. Mauricio has had a breakout year in the miners. For a very long time, he was one

of those guys who got a lot of attention from prospective value-waiters and you'd look at the

numbers and be like, what? Why? Why are they so high on him? And it's just all come together for him

this year. The contact rate is much improved. He's kind of a long-limbed guy and gets a lot of

torque in that swing generates great exit velocities. In this year, he's hit for average as well as

power. And they've been moving them all around at Triple A, lately playing him a lot and left

field. And I think there's a good chance we would have seen him by now if Tommy Fam hadn't gotten

so hot at the major league level and kind of locked up that left field job for now. But, you know,

they could still bring up Mauricio as a super utility guy, given everybody rest bouncing around.

So definitely somebody who deserves a look, at least in Roto leagues where the rosters are deeper.

As for Colton Couser, he's kind of like Christian and Carnassia's strand. And I feel like we just
