Hi, this is Josh Marshall, and this is the Josh Marshall podcast.

You know, we are recording this episode on Wednesday.

And we've, I don't know, when you're listening to this, maybe

at, you know, towards the end of this week,

if you're listening to it on Thursday or Friday,

maybe the indictment came down on Thursday,

or maybe it came down on Friday.

And we're going to have a bit in the dark now.

Obviously, everybody was thinking over the weekend, I guess the end of the last week,

over the weekend that it was going to be Tuesday,

because Donald Trump had made such a, such a sort of a declarative statement

that like, you know, I mean, and as a separate matter,

he's got this whole thing of like, I will be arrested,

I will be a SWAT team will come in and throw me to the ground,

and I'll be arrested and hauled off to knew all the stuff that obviously

is never going to happen.

They're not even going to do, we don't know,
