0:50.4	down. One morning, I got to work early because nightclub owner was waiting by the
0:55.1	elevator and there wasn't anybody around because the building had just opened. From behind me,
0:59.5	I heard his voice say, Mayor, you dropped this. I turned around and he's holding an envelope and he opens
1:04.8	it up and there's probably about at least $20,000 in cash in there. He's looking at me and I'm looking
1:09.9	at him. I said, you know damn well, I didn't drop that.
