the daily look at the issues Americans care about most,

lying in a hospital bed Jokar Sarnayev was charged today with using weapons of mass destruction

in last week's Boston Marathon bombing.

Meant, the Obama White House says he will not be treated as an enemy combatant, but as a citizen in federal criminal court.

There is still debate about that and about whether the FBI dropped the ball when Russia asked about

Sarnia's now deceased older brother.
