In fact, some studies have reported that 80% of participants believed more work flexibility

helped them take better care of their mental health and about two-thirds of those

participants actually said they preferred to work remotely after the pandemic would be over and I hope that it will be over soon.

having a combination of both in office and remote time. Now in health care it is
