So for today's prophecy update, I want to address the prophetic significance of something that happened this last week, and sadly, it received very little, if any, news coverage, especially here in the United States. What I'm speaking of

is the terror attack that took place in Jerusalem, of all places on the Temple Mount. For those of

you have been to Israel with us before, we've actually been able to go up onto the Temple

Mount where the mosque of Omar, the Dome of the Rock is, and then the outer courts where many

believe the temple will be rebuilt during the seven-year tribulation. And so there was this attack that took place on the Temple Mount.

And all we're getting here in the U.S. is wall-to-wall news coverage about pre-election

meetings with Russia and the accusation of collusion that comes packaged with it.

And meanwhile, real news with real prophetic significance is happening in real time, but in virtual obscurity.

I know that whenever I say something like this,

it always comes with the risk of sounding provocative or sensational,

and that's certainly not my intention,

but I have to say this yet again today, that I don't know if it's really possible to overstate the significance of what just happened.

And moreover, what is really happening still and will happen yet future.

Let's just talk about this attack on Friday, and I want to focus on three aspects of it,

the first of which is the unusual nature of this particular act of

terrorism. The second aspect is the usual media coverage of this unusual event and thirdly, perhaps more importantly, where all of this may in fact beheading

as a result of Friday's attack. I want to begin with the unusual nature of this attack and this Times of Israel report about how Friday's

attack was something else other than the all too familiar terror in the old city. Let me quote

the times. Nearly every aspect of Friday's terror attack in Jerusalem in which two police officers were gunned down

stands out as irregular even after two years of almost weekly attacks in the old city.

As details came out about the attack, these were Arab-Israeli citizens.
