1:01.8	you think about the regulations around housing, and we talk about the housing crisis in America,
1:07.2	for lack of a better word, and then we say there's not enough inventory. And a big reason why there isn't enough inventory is because of environmental regulations.

1:16.5	And here we have a situation where suddenly when it comes to affordable housing, they turn
1:22.7	around and they say, oh, well, don't worry about it.
1:25.3	You know, just go out there and build whatever you got
