We got a lot to cover it in today's Veson show. We got a lot of basketball talk. Speaking a little Aaron Rogers, Pittsburgh Steelers talk as well. We'll be covering the playoffs from a lot of different angles, including a great Duncan Robinson prop. So we'll be talking about that one as well. Play it or pass. It's going to join us. And then we're going to break down today's betting slate as well. So Nick, let's jump right into it here. Let's talk a little bit about the Pittsburgh Steelers. Shocking the world. Actually shocking nobody. Aaron Rogers coming to visit them. Looks like they're going to run it back with Rogers for another season. It certainly looks that way, Jeff. We have not reached an agreement, of course, but Ian Rappaport did note this morning

that it is, quote, likely that Aaron Rogers will be back under center for the Steelers

next season, which always seemed to me like the most likely outcome, right?

1:05.8

I mean, they were not aggressive really in pursuing any other quarterbacks.

1:08.8

They did bring in Drew Aller from Penn State, but I don't think anybody really looks at him as somebody who's NFL ready. So it kind of felt like this was going to be the long-term solution. Now, you know, we'll see what Aaron Rogers does in terms of like when he actually joins the team, right? You know, ironically, Brett Farb, of course, at the end of his career, kind of pulled the same stunt over and over,

where I was like, yeah, I don't, I don't really want to go through the offseason stuff,

1:30.2

not really interested in the OTAs. I'll kind of swing by, maybe in July, maybe in August and be where I need to be for week one. But, you know, if you're a Steelers fan, it's better, I guess, than rolling out any of the other inexperienced options on the roster.

1:43.8

The Steelers team did, in fact, make the playoffs last year.

1:46.6

We should give Rogers credit for that. But, you know, looking at it through a fantasy lens, Jeff, like you and I often do. This doesn't make me significantly more excited about D.K. MacCap. It doesn't make me significantly more excited about their new addition, Michael Pittman. No, I'm with you on that one there.

2:02.1

I agree.

2:02.8

I think it's, I just don't know their direction.

2:07.1

Are they trying to win this year?

2:08.9

Because what sort of upside can you have with Aaron Rogers at quarterback there?

2:12.7

Get into the playoffs, maybe win one playoff game, you know, or lose woefully in the first round of the playoffs, more of the same? Like, why did we go through the whole change of the head coaching, head coaching change? We're just going to run it back with Aaron Rogers. I don't get it. He's also not going to be so bad that you can tank and get a high draft pick either. You know, it's supposed to be a better draft class for quarterbacks next year. We know these things are pretty fluid as far as that goes and trying to project the future for a draft class. But there's supposed to be more quarterbacks in next year's draft class. But if you're trying to be a 500 team or slightly better than 500 team, you're not going to get one of those quarterbacks. Not without trading up. Well, that's the thing. Yeah, not without trading up. And we'll see how the quarterback class ultimately shakes out. But I mean, the Steelers have been as resistant as any franchise to bottoming out, right? You know, they just don't want to do that. And I admire that on one hand on the other. I think we're starting to see that frustration bubble over a little bit with Steelers fans, right? Where it's like,
