It's also basketball Friday. It's Kentucky Derby Friday. Lots of talk about here. Saw some elimination games yesterday. A couple just wild aberrant results there. One game that's going to seven. We're going to talk about tonight's slate as well. Bill Finley's going to join us to talk Kentucky Derby. It's a great day. We're excited to talk about it there. You know where it's not a great day right now, Nick? It's Atlanta, the Atlanta Hawks. Oh my goodness. I have not seen a closeout game as bad, ever as bad. We were trying to come up with similar solutions when we were texting last night, talking about the Phoenix Suns three years ago where they're down 30 at half time.

That pale, this pales in comparison. I mean, to the Hawks last night there. The Hawks just, I just can't get over that. Maybe I'm giving not, I should be giving more credit to the Knicks,

but what a zaltry performance by Atlanta.

Look, I don't know if it even matters where we dole out the credits or the blame. I mean, this was truly, truly a historic beatdown, Jeff. And we, you know, sometimes we could be a prisoner in the moment, you know, whatever the, kind of the latest thing is, you could say, oh, you know, this is the biggest beat down we've seen. But like you said, when you start to look back and I think think the game that came to mind for everybody was that that Phoenix Suns blowout against Dallas. Like, I'm pulling up the box score from that game. I'm like, oh, this wasn't even that bad compared to what we saw in Atlanta last night. I mean, the Knicks at one point went on a 67 to 13 run. And, you know, it's kind of crazy. You can just draw the line wherever you want. I think it was 53 to 9 at one point.

I was like, oh, they're on a 31 to 4 run.

And it just kept getting worse and worse and worse. You know, you'll see teams get off to these bad starts or team is down 20 at the end of the first quarter. I'm not saying they come back and win the game or even make it competitive, but usually it's not just a full four quarter beat down.

And that's exactly what this was. Like the Knicks were 46.5 point favorite. or even make it competitive, but usually it's not just a full four quarter beat down.

And that's exactly what this was. Like the Knicks were 46.5 point favorites at halftime. And I'm thinking, you know, you probably should jump on Atlanta plus 46 and a half. Knicks will pull starters. They're not going to be, you know, running it as hard as they were in the first half. They beat the Hawks in the second half as well. It just did not end for a full 48 minutes.

heading into last night over the last 10 years.

Again, entering last night, road favorites in game six of the first round were 13 and

no against the spread.

So the Knicks did their part, not so much in the later two games, which we'll talk about in a moment. But I do want to run through, Jeff, a few of the records that were set. And I didn't even pull all of them. This is just a handful that I came across last night. New York Knicks biggest overall margin of victory ever in a six game series. That's total, you know, plus minus essentially over the

six games. It was the largest halftime lead in NBA playoff history, the largest third quarter
