well. Nick, Saturday night, Epic Game 7 lived up. I think it lived up to billing there. Maybe at the

very end, it wasn't super may maybe at the very end.

It wasn't that super suspenseful at the end, but quite a performance. What a defensive

performance by the Spurs to beat the Thunder. Yeah, it's interesting because this was the really

the first competitive game in the fourth quarter that we'd had since game one of the Western

conference finals. It didn't feel to me like an all-timer by any means, but a big part of the reason for that was the suffocating defense on the part of the San Antonio Spurs. Like you said, I mean, SGA, I think answered the bell over and over, played 43 minutes. It just felt like any time he was off the cords, you know, OKC is just gasping for air trying to survive those minutes. And had it not been for SGA with an all-time shot-making performance, I think this game would have ended up being a little bit uglier because San Antonio again came out red hot to start the game. They're banging in a ton of threes early on. And I thought it was a good job, frankly, by OKC to survive that initial run. But it just never really felt to me, Jeff, like the Thunder, despite playing at home, were in control. They were always in catch up mode, as was the case in game six in this series. It felt like they could never string consecutive stops together. I think at one point, there was a nine to run for the Thunder. And that was really the only time in the game where you felt like, all right, maybe this is the opportunity for OKC to try to build some cushion. But when push came to shove, it kind of felt to be like OKC was playing like one and a half on five throughout the night. I mean, you look at just the the raw numbers for the starters for OKC. SGA gave you 35. Lou Dort goes one of four from the field. Chet Holmgren, obviously the headliner coming out of this game, one of two from the field. His lowest usage rate in any game, regular season or playoffs in his NBA career. Isaiah Hartinstein was mostly quiet. You know, Cason Wallace, as he's done a few times in that series, he ended up stepping up and was a big part of the reason that this game was still close in the fourth quarter. But, you know, it was a rare occasion, Jeff, with the two injuries, Jalen Williams and A.J. Mitchell, where I found myself looking around and saying, man, OKC just doesn't have enough dudes right now. They don't have enough scoring options. They don't have enough creators on the courts. And again, had it not been for some all-time shot making by SGA, I think this would have been a more comfortable victory for San Antonio. I am not going to take anything away from the Spurs. They won this series fair and square. They won the series despite missing Deerrin Fox for the first two games with the hobbled version of Dylan Harper for half of the series.

But I will go on record and say, I think OKC wins this series with a healthy Jalen Williams.

They might even win it with a healthy AJ Mitchell.

So I would not be in full on panic mode right now if I'm the Thunder.
