We have a lot to talk about today.

We're going to be talking about tonight's five-game NBA slate. Alex Bruth is going to join us to help us with that. We're going to be talking baseball rookies of the year. Talk about that market a little bit there. A little football talk mixed in as well. We're going to start, though, with golf. Start off with the cognizant classic going as we're beginning the Florida swing. Our leaders are still at 9-under.

Remember, not a huge field.

And this one here, huge, hugely talented field, at least.

Leaders are Nico Echavaria and Austin Spotherman and the overnight leaders.

Echavaria 1-under through the round today.

He's at 9-under, along with Spotherman at 9-under.

Big story, though, Nick, Brooks Kepka, 66 today,

getting himself comfortably over the cutline and maybe someone that will play himself in a contention over the weekend. Yeah, we'll see. I mean, a lot of that is going to come down to what the leaders do, right? At Chavaria, just through two right now, he's already one under, sitting at 9 under for the tournaments, Motherman yet to tee off.

So we'll see what that target score is heading into the weekend. But this was a very nice brownsback for Brooks Kepka, who, you know, the PGA tour has kind of made him the headliner for a lot of these tournaments early on and for good reason. He's a popular player. but, you know, his play on the course over the last

couple of years has not necessarily matched up with that. He was kind of faded in some of these

early tournaments, but came out shot at two over 74 yesterday and then, excuse me, three over

74 and then cards a 66 today. So at least back in the mix is Brooks Kepka, but still not necessarily feeling like he's in peak form.

Probably going to need a little bit more reps on the PGA tour to get back to that zone that he was in,

you know, three or four years ago. Kepka currently 78 to one, Jeff, to win the tournament at

Chevaria at plus 270, Smotherman plus 420. Those two kind of in their own tier right now if you're looking at the updated odds.
