We got a huge, huge show coming your way over the next hour.

We're going to cover a ton of ground.

You know, normally, Jeff, we'd start off the show, you know, recapping eight NBA playoff games from the weekend. You know, we got one major league baseball game in action, obviously a big weekend in the MLB, but we have so much NFL news that we're going to go NFL heavy to start things out. We will then preview the three game two is coming our way in the association tonight. They'll give you some plays, some props for each of those games. I'm not a hockey guy, Jeff. I'm going to be totally honest about that. You got to draw the line somewhere. But luckily, we got Jonathan Davis joining the show to help us break down the NHL playoffs tonight. And then we will finish out with all of Jeff's favorite plays in Major League Baseball.

as part of this deal. A pretty rare trade.

1:45.4

You know, it's only happened a couple of times in the last 20, 25 years where you have a

1:50.1

veteran player dealt for a known top 10 pick in the draft.

1:54.5

I think one, this demonstrates the sense of urgency that the Bengals feel right now,

1:59.4

hoping that they'll be healthier this season, knowing that they have that offensive core locked in and knowing how much of a liability this defense has been. But the more I've read about this, you know, the more we've, we've kind of seen fallout from the trade. I think a lot of this Jeff was driven by the fact that the Bengals were just not enthused by any of the players that they thought would be on the board with that 10th pick.

2:19.4

You're absolutely right.

2:20.5

It's a couple of factors here.

2:21.9

One, it is this current draft class.

2:24.6

If you look at a lot of the mocks, if you look at a lot of like some of the projections on and just the list of players available there, there's a drop off around eight or nine among elite defensive players.

2:34.4

And so most cases there, the Bengals were going to be the team like going on to that next year.
