This week we're going to pick up right where we left off last week with our discussion

over effectual calling with Sean Cole.

And in order to catch up with where we are, you need to listen to the last episode with Sean Cole. So go back and

listen to it first because this one hopefully will be spending more time in some of the

biblical texts that have to do with effectual calling and the concept of total inability, which is the answer to

total inability is the effectual call. The reason you have irresistible grace, effectual calling,

is to answer the problem of total inability. And so if you affirm total inability, you have to

have something effectual to correct that problem.

And so that's the whole contention here is that I deny total inability, and thus I see no need for
