Because, now I know L as my co-worker we stand together on the

set of America's test kitchen we go through it together right all the time

so L what you tell I, everybody knows you from America's Test Kitchen, but

why don't you tell us a little bit about what you're up to, what you do, and then we'll move on to

your fabulous podcast, walk-in.

Sure, well, as you all know, I'm a test cook on America's Test Kitchen, which I really love,

and recently I became the inclusion leader and executive editor at

America's test kitchen. Both positions have been extremely exciting and

important for me.

They've allowed me an opportunity to grow

and become a leader in the company.

And also to help our company culture shift

to a more equitable and inclusive work culture and certainly in ways of representation in terms of the many, many talented people that are in the culinary media industry.

Well, this is something that's been near and dear to you for many years.
