Hi, psychic listeners.

I'm back. This episode's going to be a little different. It's a solo episode

with me because I wanted to update you on a few things. First, I really want to thank you for

checking in on me over the last several weeks. I haven't been on mic in a while because I caught

that pesky virus that caused the world pandemic. While I was able to elude it for nearly three years,

and unfortunately finally caught me. And while I am doing so much better now, I still get periods of

fatigue. My voice goes in and out, and I have some other lingering symptoms. So needless to say,

it's been a little hard to schedule and record interviews consistently. The good news is that I'm

alive and well. This is your proof of life of me, so to speak,

LOL. The even better news is that while I was resting as much as I could, I also received so much

incredible information from Spirit. Since I couldn't talk as much on, Mike, off of it, I received a lot

of messages and downloaded information. During the sessions that I could do for people, I saw a ton of consistent

themes for everyone, and I really wanted to take that time now to share those with you. The first one

is, take the time to slow down, pay attention, heal. The second one, our emotions are the key to our

individual healing, but also creating the life we were born to live. That's a big
