Well, my friend, I have a question for you today.

Have you failed at anything in the last 12 months?

Whatever it is, maybe you failed at a project at work, maybe you failed with a fitness

regiment, maybe you failed in, I don't know, even a relationship?

Hmm, this word failure.

I have such an interesting relationship with it.

I learned many years ago from Dr. Wayne Dyer

to reframe failure as simply an unwanted

outcome an unwanted result. This time failure we fear it it feels. It can make us feel like we're a total loser.

Which is really what this episode today is about.

When you even for a moment or if even a failure in inverted commas

double crosses your mind from the past when you look at it when you think on it

when it comes to your memory, how do you feel?

I'm guessing it doesn't make you feel really powerful and alive and proud of yourself.

Am I right? You're like, oh gosh, that thing that I failed at or that thing where I lost. of your

thing that I failed at or that thing where I lost money or that thing where I messed up that relationship or that thing that I started that I never finished

and I still feel bad when I when I get my membership fee in the mail.

That gym membership fee, I don't know.

You know what's been going on in your life in the last year or so.
