even as church attendance generally continues to fall decade by decade in the United States and elsewhere,

there are times of the year when people are far more likely to attend a church service.

And this is one of those times.

As Christmas approaches, people often think about going to that Christmas Eve service or the Christmas Day service,

just out of nostalgia, if for no other reason.

How can a church promote their own Christmas services and invite those people to, in fact, come to church.

What is unique about the Christmas season and leading up to it? Why is this such an opportune

time for congregations to be inviting people to church? Yeah, it's an opportune time for a lot of reasons.

So the most important reason is that there's a lot of increased interest in church.

So people who might not normally be open to attending a service or church's function,

people who are unfamiliar with Christianity are much more open

this time of year and are actively, in fact, looking for churches.
