right. How's it going? It's going very well. I'm happy to be here to deal with all the chaos

with you. Yes, so if you're, I mean, people in America definitely, I think you're familiar

with this, California is in the middle of what I would describe as a portal that is open

to the elemental plane of water and a gigantic arm of a massive elemental is sweeping across

our state right now. And so there's a little bit of chaos as a result of that. I actually

made the executive decision this morning to not drive to work because a couple, a week

or two ago, when it wasn't even nearly as bad rain, there was a section where you were

driving through standing water to get there. I didn't really want to do that. There's

flooding. And then we found out power went out at the studio. So it was probably a good

decision. I don't know, are you guys caught in this atmospheric river? How is Texas doing

these things? No, we're fine. It's actually lovely here, which never happened. It is,

we've had a beautiful few days in Texas here at least in Houston. I've been hearing about

what's been going on in LA and it's funny because I feel like I always end up in Los Angeles

in January and every time I go in January, it's a nightmare. There's rain everywhere.

And so I never really get that whole LA vibe that I'm that I'm after. But, you know, I'm

glad that I'm here. So sorry. Yeah, no, I'm glad to hear. You know, Texas come for the

great weather. Stay for your rights to be taken away. Anyway, but yeah, no, I would be

happy to not have the rain right now. We could use it in general in California.
