We will have days of trouble.

Some of you are experiencing right now a day of trouble.

It can't just that word, just what Jesus promised us before he went to the cross.

In this world, you will have trouble, trial, challenges, heartache, days when it's hard to keep going.

Days when you are facing obstacles or opposition or so many different things that could be in this category of trouble.

So when you have a day of trouble, call upon me.

Oh, just as it's clearly implied that we will have days of trouble, it's clearly implied that God will be right there.

And we can call upon him.

And God says, I will deliver you.

I will bring you out of trouble.

This is Jesus right after he tells us in this role, we'll have trouble.

He says, but take heart.

I have overcome the world.

You know the one who has overcome the trouble of this world who has died on a cross and risen from the grave and conquered sin and death itself.

He is able to deliver you for all who trust in Jesus.

Oh, this is so good.

The day of trouble will not be the end of your story.

You will be delivered from trouble.

And it may not happen in the way you or I want today or tomorrow.

But one day trouble will be no more.

And Psalm 50 verse 15 says, and you shall glorify me as the one who delivers you from trouble.
