1:19.7 | We may have a part that wants one thing and another part that wants something else that's |

1:27.2 | We may notice that we have desires that feel really positive and aligned and mature and |

1:39.3 | So this is what I mean by the complexity of your humanness. |
1:45.2 | And our tendency is to avoid complexity. |
1:49.3 | Complexity is hard to hold space for. |
1:50.8 | It's uncomfortable to look at. |
