George Ellick with me talking all things EFL. And I must admit, it's, I don't know whether you think this is a good or a bad thing but

this podcast as you'll have noted by the length of it is essentially two episodes in one we were

going to do a lovely normal 50 55 minute podcast talking about the weekend action in league one and

league two and answering some of the excellent questions you sent in online over the weekend.

But sadly, the plans changed.

Please explain why this is two podcasts in one.

Yeah, Project Big Picture is all the talking football after the reports yesterday about Rick Parry, the Liverpool board, the Manchester

United board coming up with a plan to save EFL football, but in, you know, in exchange for

the teams, the big six and three other sides in the Premier League, basically getting a controlling

stake in the Premier League. That is a very basic way of describing it. There are good things,

there are bad things, there are

bad things. We go into it all with Matt Slater from the Athletic, who sponsored this podcast.
