So once you find properties that you're interested in, you have resources to skip trace. The

individual's information has just the address. So I use people finders and been verified for

individual information as far as phone numbers and emails and then you can use a skip tracer like

You can type the address into the search bar and it allows you to find the owner. They're

on homeowners or sellers. I'm being able to talk to them and kind of put myself in their shoes

an online wholesale contract that I got from a local wholesaler. I have gotten away from that

on my own. So I will say as a disclaimer consult an attorney or a whole experience wholesaler

before using a contract that you find online. So now we use the Texas real estate contract. Now of
