Today, and I realize this is going to feel excessive to you and I will explain why but today we are

Now you might recall that you and I recorded one of our casual chat episodes a couple days ago for our Patreon listeners and I went on a tear about

drunk elephant and Separate teens and I was just kind of spouting off. You were and

maybe you were like, why is she going so nuts? Like, I get why she's going a little nuts, but why is she really leaning in here? And the reason is, I had just been researching this episode for like hours.

I rolled into that casual chat recording very fired up already and then after it was done I was like kind of horrified with how I like really went on a tear and then I was like I need to tell I need to kind of explain myself because it kind of felt like it was to come really

had a left field yeah you did come in like super hot in a way that I was like okay but like wow I was literally like where is this where

is this coming from you're so patient too you were like you're totally entitled to your feelings but like maybe explore why you're

thinking having these feelings and like and you were like I'm having these feelings because I've

been in like drunk elephant research hole for well a little bit and also I think because you know you were right I do have kids who are like fully

participating in like the teen tween skin care phenomenon and I am examining my own role as a

participant and all those things but yes I had I had literally been that is
