Nikki, those were moments in time. No, that's no, that's on your resume. And they could ride

you right to the White House. Well, it's great to see you. Let's talk about we talked about

the hall right here. That's a message we can relate to. Why do you think I don't think the

Democrats are capable of pivoting that way? So I think the Democrats realize they screwed up.

I think that they know defunding the police is what caused the spike in crime. But I also think

they're never going to admit it. They're never going to. But look, they admitted it at the voting

box when they elected Eric Adams, because here's the guy that's saying, no, we don't need to defund

the police. We need more troops on the streets. Whether he's right or not is a shift that shows

Democrats are trying to get out of this hole. They dug, but they dug it really deep. I mean,

they've caused crime waves across this country in a way that's going to take truly years to recover.

But we've got to do something about it now. We've got to have the backs of our blue and we've got to

make sure that they know that we're going to hold these perpetrators accountable and actually

prosecute them. You're not from inside Washington, but you know what they're working on,

police reform. Tim Scott leads the Republican effort and it's kind of kind of radio silent.

I think they realize they lost momentum to a degree, but you can. I'm doing features with them

talking to so many. They are for extending the academy. They are for helping the smaller towns

in rural communities that don't have the funding, learn the latest with police work. They are for

modernizing anything they can learn, but they're not for humiliation. Well, and I can tell you,

I just had dinner with Tim Scott just a few days ago and we were talking about it and the thing is

minorities want the police in their areas. They need the police in their areas just like everybody
