Today, our fellow citizens, our way of life, our very freedom came under attack in a series

of deliberate and deadly terrorist acts.

The victims were in airplanes or in their offices, secretaries, businessmen and women,

military and federal workers, moms and dads, friends and neighbors.

Thousands of lives were suddenly ended by evil, despicable acts of terror.

That's a little of the speech that George W. Bush gave as President of the United States

after the 9-11 attacks were trying to all process at the time.

Can you imagine what would have been like to be Mike Morrell?

He was a CIA, a CIA analyst at the time, served as the president's daily briefer under

George W. Bush, including other presidents in the future.

That morning of 9-11, he was with the president as the president was speaking and reading as

he was pushing to be the education president at a grammar school.

Your perspective with your knowledge of intelligence, but yet with the president at his side, having

to disseminate what you were seeing and hearing.
