and then involve your team to improve those and get them better, and then they'll have buy-in and skin

in the game. And then you manage toward that process, and you enforce that process to make sure it's done.

And if the process is wrong, that's fine. You're doing it consistently wrong. You can tweak it

and make it better. And if somebody's not following the process for whatever reason, you can ask

questions, and then you can identify maybe they're not a good fit for that role following the process for whatever reason, you can ask questions,

and then you can identify maybe they're not a good fit for that role or the process is broken,

whatever. It just gives you a way to manage your business systematically,

instead of just playing whack-a-mole all over the place and trying to figure out what's wrong.
