Yeah, no, good to have you on again.

Anyone that's, no, we've had you on a couple of times.

But it's always an absolute pleasure to pick your brain about stuff.

This time, I thought it would be great if we could talk about

instead of sort of the history of aviation and aeroplanes and things we talk about

the actual current state of the R. A little bit because you know it might be a bit of a cliche where everything's in crisis

the NHS is in crisis the country is in crisis the environmental crisis but

there is a type of crisis going on within the Royal Air Force, I think it's fair to say.

And one of the people who knows most about all this stuff is you, because as well as all the

various things you do, your own YouTube channel, Fast Jet Performance, check it out,

like and subscribe, as well as the other sort of virtual flight schools and you do all sorts of things.

But one of the things, one of the pies you've got your fingers in is how the actual

RAF is at the moment and the DEI, diversity equity and inclusion initiatives that they've done.

So if it's okay with you, I'd like to pick your brain and talk all about it.

Yeah, absolutely.

So just to begin with then, just tell us a bit about sort of in the last few years how it's

gone a bit crazy. Yeah well I left in 2018 so when you leave the Air Force because

you've been in I was in for 20 years so you build up like a terminal leave

allowance so I kind of left in the January but I wasn't really out the service
