In the wake of W-E-S and all that went on there

and in the wake of a general desire to learn more about the scene in the United Arab Emirates.

I am joined by Mo, you may know as Shaheen, the firstmeretti wrestler to represent the UAE overseas.

He is here to talk to us a little bit more about what is really going on in Dubai and beyond.

Who was one of your first inspirations to break into the wrestling world?

Oh, so there are two main people that I am eternally thankful to mainly because their conversations resonated with me and we still talk to this day

One being Fergill also known as Finn Balder, whose energy is contagious, let me just say.

Second is Amy Dumas, also known as Leda, W legend and Hall of Famer.

So both interactions with those wrestlers

led me to travel to the UK to crash at my friend's place

to learn the craft.

I had the honor of training under Greg Birch who trained with Osprey and a few sessions with Tom Dawkins, also known as Karanwar, headed to the States. I scratched, I clawed, just to learn how to wrestle.

And I had the honor of also training under Simon Gosh and Matt Side out to name of you.

And during those wrestling trips, I met lots of wonderful dreamers along the way.

But those trips made me realize that I travel to water my plant, which in this scenario is wrestling.
