0:09.0	Hope everyone is having a wonderful Thursday. I am here to give you all the big news that has transpired over the last 24 hours.
0:16.4	And yeah, AEW's deal is finally finished. We will get into the press release.
0:22.8	We will discuss what was announced, what was not announced, and what ended up being not
0:29.5	only fake news by the wrestling media, but they don't know when to say when.
0:36.5	They have doubled down on some ridiculous stuff Wednesday evening,
0:41.5	which we'll get into a little bit.
0:43.5	But before anything, you know, whether you're an AEW fan or not,
0:48.1	I think everyone in unison here offers our thoughts and prayers to Sammy Guevara.
0:59.0	Before dynamite taped Wednesday or aired,
1:06.9	they did the Ring of Honor TV tapings. Sammy Guevara took on Serpentico, and I'm sure in the past you have seen Sammy do some crazy high-flying moves where he'll hit a cutter in mid-air.
1:16.8	There's one that's always floated around where he went across two ladders.
1:22.1	I don't know if the match was against Miro, but I remember that move.
1:25.1	And, you know, we still, you know, see the clips to this day.
1:29.3	But he fought Serpentico and hit a cutter midair and landed on his head.

1:40.8	And I'm not trying to be overdramatic.
1:42.9	We don't do that here. But I'll tell you why I'm
1:45.6	very, very concerned about Sammy Guevara. There's no video as of this recording of the move.
