town in Ecuador come on your radar, go into more detail about what makes it potentially the

greatest place to train ever? So I have a friend who I met here in Ashland, Oregon, and he went to

go teach in Qeto, Ecuador,

and he gets there and he texts me, he's like, dude, this, this on paper is the perfect trail

and ultra running town in the world because Ecuador, it's on the equator, so the weather

pretty much never changes.

Usually on the equator, it's very hot, but heato's up in the mountains, and it's up at 9,300 feet is the base of the city, and you can run from the city up to over 16,000 feet.

And the coldest month of the year is actually June, where the highs are about 65 and the lows are about 50. The hottest month of the year is January. The highs are about, and the lows are about 55.

So we've got about a five degree temperature difference between the hottest and coldest months.
