Woke is a form of cultural Marxism. It's about taking individuality, merit, and achievement,

and subordinating that to a political agenda based on identity politics. It is effectively displacing

the truth in favor of ideology. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis talking about his presentation at the

need to be rooted in truth. Don't tell me that a man can get pregnant and expect me to believe that.

That is not true, and we can't govern our society based on things that are not true.

Tell us about Pope Leo's recent statement to the European Parliament's intergroup on demography.

So I think this piece of news got lost among the shuffle of the release of his new encyclical, but basically he talked to this group of demographers and said, you know, we're in this situation where we've got drastic

sterility.

And, you know, he said that the problem is, is that we've got all of these efforts that sort of look like they're trying to help, that look like they're encouraging the family, and yet they're really adding to the serility of the culture.
