How are you, man?

Yeah, thank you. Thank you for having me on. I'm doing well. I just getting ready for Iron Man this weekend. And yeah, we enjoyed two weekends off, but I'm ready to get back racing. Yeah, it was cool to see you jump back in at Waschugal, and we'll dive into that a little bit more here in a bit. And I'm sure you probably didn't need the break since you, since you've been on kind of a break, right? I'm sure you were chopping at the bit to get up and get back out there. Yeah, 100%. I was like a little bummed, obviously, to have that break. Yeah washog being my first race back and then to go straight to a break I just kind of wanted to get some

momentum going but it's all good I can uh I can pick back up and get some momentum rolling at ironman

but yeah I um obviously I came off the good super cross season and then I had, I didn't start racing outdoors

to Washuga and then I'm going to do the rest of them.
