I get questions about this all the time, you know, this is graduation week for some students and three of my case

consultation students are graduating and all of them are going into

private practice. That's awesome. And they all have questions they all know about you good they have

your handouts they know your website yeah some of them may have even gone to your

trainings and whatnot and I was talking with my wife before you came over and she's like what's the

podcast about the day and I was like well it's about you know how to you know

Laura colleague of mine at Antioch she specializes in helping people start their private practice.

And Stacy, my wife, she said, well, don't, you know, you do that too, right?

And I was like, well, yeah, but not to the extent that Laura does I mean Laura actually gets all

the forums and the links and the specific numbers and checklists and very specific advice on all sorts of things because opening a practice is pretty

complicated and I feel confident that with my supervisees I can sort of muddle my way through it over the first six months

But it's probably better if there's a you know a course that you can take online or in person that just walks you through all the

steps and then you have it all there it's all accurate you spend the time to make sure that
